The Technical Services team is a group within Atlantic Cat that offers product technical support to our service technicians as well as our customers. This team assists in resolving difficult machine issues and acts as the liaison with our suppliers on product issues. This team also provides other support functions within our Service Department such as Technical Training and Warranty Management.

Warranty Management


The Technical Services team processes warranty claims and manages warranties by providing support to our supervisors.

Technical Training


This team provides Technical Training to our service staff and provides leadership in the selection, hiring and development of apprentices. We also work with the community colleges in our regions to provide support and assistance in the training offered within our industry trades.
