Medium Duty Full Service Level

Objective: Upon successful completion of this course, the Technician will be able to:

Identify all components in the Medium Duty fuel systems.
Perform all static and dynamic fuel system settings on mechanical fuel systems.
Apply reusability guidelines.
Troubleshoot fuel system problems.
Perform proper injector sleeve removal and installation.
Perform proper top end adjustments on applicable engines.
Be able to identify and execute CAT engine repair procedures.

Who should attend: Medium Duty Full Service Technicians.

Description: This course covers overhaul and repair procedures specific to CAT engines (3116, 3126, C7), 3116 fuel system adjustments and repairs and HEUI fuel sytem diagnostics and repair.

Prerequisites: STW and Medium Duty Maintenance

COURSE REGISTRATION:
