ELECTRONIC ENGINES

Objective: After successful completion of this course, the Technician will be able to:

Troubleshoot and repair electronic engine control systems
Diagnose and repair intermittent electronic problems
Isolate Engine/OEM components and understand their functions.
Use CAT diagnostic tooling (ET, WinFlash etc)

Who should attend: Full Service Heavy Duty TEPS Technicians. 

Description: This course reviews proper diagnostic procedures and techniques for troubleshooting electronic engine controls. Emphasis will be ADEM 2 and ADEM 3 electronics, Including ACERT engines.

Prerequisites: - STW, Heavy Duty Maintenance and The Iron.

Course Duration: 5 Days.
